Yes, we offer transportation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week however our dispatching hours are not 24/7. 

Hours of Operation (dispatching hours) are listed on the home page and outside of dispatching hours, rides must be booked in advance to ensure an available driver. 

We pride ourselves on having the lowest base rates, with the best service in town! 

Our BASE RATE starts at $15 for day trips, $17 after 4pm, $18 after 2am. There is a premium fee for vehicles oversized or hauling trailers/RVs/equipment. Ask for details, we can drive ALMOST anything! 

Our per km rate is $1.50

We do have flat rate fees for Dunmore, Irvine, Elkwater, Rattlesnake Lake, Brooks, Calgary, Redcliff, Quonset Days, River Runs. Contact us for a quote to virtually anywhere! 

Wait time - First 10 minutes after contact is made is no charge. After that time has lapsed, the fee is $1.00/minute at the Chase Drivers discretion. 

Additional drops - $2 per drop, plus wait time at the Chase Drivers discretion.

Additional stops - $3 per stop plus wait time at the Chase Drivers discretion.  (liquor store, fast food, corner store, need fuel)

Cancelation / No Show Fees:

Cancel prior to your driver team making contact - no charge. 

Cancel or No Show AFTER the driver team arrives - charge is $20 in Medicine Hat, $40 if pick up is in the surrounding outskirts. Higher fees to be determined if more than 20lkm out of town. Cancellation and No Show fees can be paid by email transfer. The person who booked the ride is the person responsible to pay the fee. 

We do not charge fees for use of our Debit/Credit machine as a thank you for choosing us! 

Again YES! This needs to be booked in advance so we can accommodate but we welcome the long distance drive! A plan can be negotiated on how to complete this request but we have drivers that can cross provinces and country borders! We can relocate it for you with or without you in the vehicle. Leave the driving to us and fly to your destination or join us on the road and fly us home, either way we would love it! 

Absolutely no problem. We do ask that you inform us when booking and please ensure you have a spare, unopened, mouth piece available for the driver. 

We work under the disclaimer that it is our customers responsibility to ensure you have appropriate coverage and standard coverage for our drivers to drive your vehicle, and for those vehicles to be mechanically sound and safe for the roads and variable conditions.

We expect if our services have been requested and hired, that you have verified or are knowledgeable that your insurance company, with respect to your vehicle 's coverage, includes permission for our drivers to drive your vehicle without restriction and would be fully covered by your insurance should there be an accident that is No Fault of our drivers. 

We hold no liability should it turn out you do not have proper conditions to allow an alternate driver on your policy.

This business model can not purchase policy to cover the customer vehicles our designated drivers/chauffer drivers will drive as those vehicles are already implied to be covered by the policy that the owner has on the vehicle(s).  

All of our drivers have provided clean abstracts and are fully licensed, over the age of 25  with experience driving all makes and models of vehicles.
